I’ve initiated a group buy for the Dylos Air Quality Monitor. I’m hoping we can get > 100 people to buy it so that we can all benefit from a hefty discount.

To answer some questions:
Q: What do I do now?
A: Print out the order form above, fill it in, and fax it to Dylos (number on the form). Dylos will know that this is the group buy form. If you are calling in your order (as opposed to faxing), please make it clear that this is the group buy (you can mention my name—Charlton Wang—if need be).
Q: Will Dylos send out order and shipping confirmations by email?
A: Dylos will acknowledge order confirmations today and I will send emails for shipping confirmation and total charged to credit card as well as tracking number from USPS (in Canada) and UPS (in United States).
Q: When will the units ship?
A: Dylos will begin shipping the units in the week of March 9th.
Q: What happens if not everyone ends up ordering?
A1: Unfortunately, if people decide to opt out and we are no longer have enough participants for the 20% discount, we’ll likely fall down to the 15% tier. I hope that people who are opting out extend the courtesy to let me know ASAP.
A2: From Dylos: Once the group buy closes, I will send Charlton an email on Sunday to let him know the total units sold. Then he can let the group know via forum thread, the discount reached. If at that time, someone wants to pull out they can email me at kunger@dylosproducts.com and let me know they don’t want to be involved in the group buy. No feelings hurt, I understand completely, especially with the economy the way it is.
Q: Can I scan and email my order form? I don’t have access to a fax machine.
A: Yes, you can email the form to kunger@dylosproducts.com.
